They say, you can find a Bajan anywhere in the world, and we want to find as many as we can…… Why?  To reconnect, to reach out and touch them wherever they are and make them feel a part of what we are building here on the rock and to remind them that Barbados is still home and home drums beat first…
We need them to help us rebuild, reinvigorate our pride and industry, we need them to help us grow stronger and more resilient… We want to embrace and welcome home our 3rd and 4th generations home and complete our legacy.

Is a lighthouse, a beacon of personal achievement shining their light across oceans – ‘sea to sea’, a true reflection of our motto ‘Pride and Industry ’.   Many have done well, contributing significantly to their adopted homes in all fields of endeavour. You are our GLOBAL STORY of Barbadian excellence and ‘by your living you have done credit to your nation wherever you have gone’.  We want to tell those stories, to show the world what Barbadians are made of. Those stories will inspire another generation of young Barbadians in our schools, so they too will strive and have the confidence to be their best.  So help us, help your country.
